Pauline Lois (Burrill) Petterson, of Warwick, Dies at 94
Pauline was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, and since 1958 had worked as the Bookkeeper and Office Manager of the Dwight E. Petterson Company. Since 1953, she was an active member at Warwick Central Baptist Church where she served on the Board of Deacons, the Church Historical Committee, the Pastoral Search Committee, and as Treasurer of the Women’s Council. A woman of many talents, she was also a member of the International Graphoanalysis Society, the New England Quilters Guild, the New England Quilt Museum, the American Quilters Society, Patchworkers, and a charter member of the Whirlaways Square Dance Club.
She is survived by her beloved children, Beverly E. Orzechowicz (Joseph) of Exeter, Gary R. Petterson (Nancy) of Warwick, and Blane D. Petterson (Elizabeth Ann) of South Yarmouth, MA, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Carleton E. Burrill.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at 2:30 pm at The Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 pm-2:30 pm.
Interment will be private.
