Navy Veteran, Charles R. Proctor, of Warwick, Dies at 95
Born in Providence, son of the late Earl H. and Helen (Roller) Proctor, he had been a Cranston resident for forty-eight years before moving to Warwick in 2005.
Mr. Proctor was a lineman for the Narragansett Electric Company for forty-two years before retiring in 1987. He was a Navy veteran of WWII.
He leaves one son, Charles R. Proctor, Jr. of Warwick; four daughters, Donna M. Arruda of Cranston, Patricia A. Williams of Warwick, Lynn D. Cameron of Cranston, and Kathy J. Pacheco of Warwick; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Earl Proctor, William Proctor, and Ann Dimico.
His funeral services will be private.
Burial with military honors will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
