Margaret Catharine Asendorf, of Coventry, Passes at 79

Margaret Catharine Asendorf, 79, of Circlewood Drive in Coventry, and formerly of New York, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, October 2, 2021. 

Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Hennig) Asendorf.

Margaret was employed as an office manager for General Electric in New York City from 1963 to 1988. She then worked for a Law practice for over five years before retiring.

Margaret loved to bake, especially homemade cookies. In her younger days, she enjoyed camping and fishing. Mostly though, Margaret loved to spend time with her family.

Margaret was the sister of Edward Asendorf of Leesburg, Florida. She was the aunt of Susan L. Fuentes with whom she resided, David A. Asendorf and Michael E. Asendorf, both of Pennsylvania. Margaret was the great-aunt of Nicholas, Anna, Sarah, Kayla, Henry, and Katarina.

Per Margaret’s request, services will be private.
