Lucy P. Buonaiuto, Passes Away at 85

Lucy P. Buonaiuto, 85, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2021, at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Gaetano and Carmela (Vona) Buonaiuto; devoted sister of Teresa and the late Anthony, Edward, and Joseph Buonaiuto.

She also leaves two cherished nieces and two nephews: Camille Durante and Lynne Chalmers of Cranston, Joseph Buonaiuto of Ohio, and Kenneth Buonaiuto of Scituate, RI.

She was employed by the RI Lung Association for many years before retiring.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Church, 100 Chatham Street, Providence.

Graveside burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
