John F. Campaniello Dies at 62

John F. Campaniello, 62, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at Miriam Hospital in Providence.
He was the beloved husband of Lisa J. (Horning) Greene. Born in Worcester, MA, he was a son of the late Frank and Irene P. (Gallagher) Campaniello. John was the step-father of Steven A. Horning (Jennifer) and Jarrod J. Greene (Brianna). Papa to Ava, Maleah and Isabella. Brother of Patti Andreson (Craig), Ann Ahlstrand, Jane Dylewicz and the late Frank Campaniello, Daniel Campaniello, Roma Bohigian, Judith Robillard, James Campaniello and Michael Campaniello. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
John was born in Worcester, MA a son of a large Irish/Italian family. He graduated from Shrewsbury High School, class of 1977 and then went on to The Boys Trade School in Worcester, he was an electrician for many years working for Maki Electrical where he became very good friends with Bob and Verna Maki who were an instrumental part of John’s life.
John then went on to work for Tasca Ford and North East Autobody. John loved spending time with his family, enjoying long days at the beach and hunting.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation Wednesday, February 23, from 10-11 am, followed by a Service at 11 am, in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick.
