Founder of Market Street Pub, William Michael Davock, of Warren, Passes at 69
The son of the late Robert Arthur and Caroline (Turner) Davock, "Billy" was born in Trenton, NJ, and grew up in Riverside and Warren, RI, graduating from Warren High School in 1969. In 1994, he established Market Street Pub as a special place where friends and family could gather and share countless memories over the years. Today, his family is proud to carry on his legacy.
Billy loved his MSP family and would help anyone in need. If he couldn't help you himself, he would open up his Rolodex (yes, he hated technology) and find someone who could. He was affectionately known for his witty one-liners, "whacking" keno, going for long jeep rides with the top down while listening to Jimmy Buffet, having breakfast at Rod's Grill, hanging with the boys at Willaby's, taking trips to the Florida Keys, kayaking on the palmer river, watching his beloved New England sports teams, shooting pool and playing softball for Moe's Tap. He was a true pillar of the community. But, what he loved most was spending time with his beautiful family at his homestead, "UPBACK" Touisset.
