Former Baker and Father of Former State Representative Edward A. Gizzarelli Dies at 100

Eddy moved to Deerfield Beach, Florida in 1988 with his late wife Carol, where they resided for over 30 years. Eddy was a baker for the A&P for many years and continued to work up until his nineties, as he believed that work is the secret to longevity. Throughout a decade, Eddy and his wife fostered over 250 children, adopting two children while in their mid-fifties.
Anyone who met Eddy would speak of his pleasant demeanor and easy-going attitude. He loved to sing and entered a singing contest in his early nineties. His silly, lighthearted character also led to a stint of comedic videos on YouTube that grew quite popular. The most important aspect of his life was by far his family, which he instilled a great work ethic and the ability to be compassionate and caring toward others.
