Engineer, URI Grad Ronald W. Nimaja, of East Providence, Passes at 25

Ronald W. Nimaja, age 25, of First Street, East Providence passed away unexpectedly at home on October 13, 2021.

Born in Providence, he was the son of Tomas Nimaja and Manuela Morales Ramos.

Ron was a recent graduate of the University of Rhode Island where he obtained his Engineering degree. He was a joy to all who knew him and loved his family and friends very much.

He is survived by his siblings Ana, Evelyn, and Pedro Nimaja, cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family in Guatemala.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10:00 am in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence.

Graveside burial to follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
