Emelita L. Ombajin, of Warwick, Passes Away at 74

Emelita L. Ombajin, 74, of Warwick, passed away May 26, 2021.

She was the beloved wife of the late Remigio Ombajin. Born in the Philippines, a daughter of the late Angel and Angelina (Crisostomo ) Lizarda. 

Mrs. Ombajin worked for the housekeeping department at the Miriam Hospital before retiring.

She was the beloved mother of Rolando Ombajin, Ruby Ombajin, Randy Ombajin, Rowena Marinas, Reynaldo Ombajin and the late Rosalie Pega. Loving grandmother of Victoria, Verdnica, Nicholas, Isabella, Abigail, and Carmella. Sister of Angel Lizarda Jr., Paquito Lizarda, Peter Lizarda, Agapito Lizarda and Angelina Osmena.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 8:45 a.m. from Woodlawn Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Matthew’s Church, Cranston.

Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park Cemetery, Warwick.

Visitation Monday 4-7 p.m.
