Constance Marie (Lee) Tessier Dies at 90

Constance Marie (Lee) Tessier, 90, died Monday, August 1, 2022. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Raymond Tessier. They had been married for 70 years.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late George and Alice (Marot) Lee. Connie worked at New England Telephone for thirty years as an operator.

She is survived by her children: Denise Lyckland and her husband, Michael, Janice Thomas and her husband, Edward, Kathy Coutu and her husband, Denis, Raymond Tessier and his wife, Laurie, Caryn Guadagnoli and her husband, Robert, Richard Tessier, Jeannine Alvares and her husband, Edmond, Lynn Policelli and her husband, Robert, and Christine Kane and her husband, John, as well as her sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren, and her sister, Carol Mahoney. She is predeceased by her brother, Robert Lee.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 11:00 am in St. Philip Church, Greenville.

Burial will follow in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation Thursday from 8:30-10:30 am in the Anderson-Winfield Home, Greenville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
