Cesar Vinicio Perez, 74, of Providence, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center.

He was the husband of Leyda (Filpo) Perez.

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic he was the son of the late Luis and Elsa (Rone) Perez.

Cesar was a self-employed ice cream man.

Besides his wife, he was the father of Cesar E. Perez, Carlos L. Perez, Alfonso V. Perez all of Providence, Arely A. Perez of New Jersey and Idrialis Maria Hughes of Cranston; grandfather of ten; and great-grandfather of four. He was the dear brother of Angel Rosso of New York, Magdalena Rone of Maine and Miriam Minaya of Providence.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church, 549 Plainfield St. Providence.

Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Visiting hours will be on Friday from 4 pm. to 7 pm. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston.
