Cecelia “CeCe” Rivers, of Johnston, Dies at 50

It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful transition of Cecelia “CeCe”, 50, who was a resident of Johnston, RI.

She was born in the Bronx, NY, daughter of Benjamin Jr., and the late Betty Ann Rivers.

She worked as a senior trade specialist for BNY Mellon for 27 years.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, DaShaun Atkins (Jessica), Kiana, Justin, and Taylor Powell all of Johnston, RI. Grandchildren Alaina, Abryian, Ainsley (Annie). One God daughter Ronae Rivers Chung of Bronx, NY. One brother Benjamin Rivers III of Niagara Falls, NY, three sisters, Briggett Rivers of Virginia Beach, VA, Katina Farris of Queens, NY and Melissa Rivers of Lynn, MA, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, December 3rd, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, RI 02910.

Additional services and her burial will be held on a later date in South Carolina.
