Barbara E. Bartholomew, Passes Away at 75

Barbara E. Bartholomew, 75, of Oakdale, CT, died peacefully on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital. 

She was the wife of the late Richard C. Bartholomew. Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late George I. Kenyon, Jr. and Ruth B. (Baton) Kenyon.

Prior to retiring, Barbara worked as a bus driver for Foxwoods.  She also worked as a bus driver for South Kingstown & Exeter Schools for many years. She enjoyed reading and crocheting. 

She leaves her loving children: Amy S. Bartholomew of Uncasville, CT, Kristy L. Mureddu and her husband Peter of North Kingstown, and Carey J. White and her husband Adam of North Kingstown.  She was the mother of the late Richard I. Bartholomew. Cherished grandmother of Matthew Mureddu, David Mureddu, Lauren White, and Ryan White, all of North Kingstown. She also leaves her brother, Richard Kenyon of Exeter, sister, Beverly Kenyon of Riverside, and nephew, Todd Kenyon of Exeter.   

Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 4, 2021, at 12:00 pm in The Cranston-Murphy Funeral Home of Wickford,140 West Main Street, Wickford Village, North Kingstown. 

Burial will be private.
