Army Veteran, Paul H. Eccleston, of West Warwick, Dies at 74

Eccleston, Paul H., 74, of West Warwick, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021 at Kent Hospital., Warwick.

He was the beloved husband of the late Dolores A. (DelBonis) Eccleston.  Born in Providence, a son of the late Clifford O. Eccleston, Jr. and Cecile (LaPorte) Eccleston.

Paul was a truck driver for the scrap metal industry for many years until retiring. 

He was a Vietnam War Army Veteran, a member of the West Warwick Lodge of Elks # 1697, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and loved the outdoors fishing and camping.

He is survived by four children, Brian K. Eccleston and his wife Christina of West Warwick, Lori A. Eccleston of West Warwick, Michele Pearson and her companion Bernard Peckham of Coventry and Jeffrey Eccleston in Georgia; a brother, Clifford O. Eccleston, III in Florida and five grandchildren.  He was the brother of the late David Eccleston.

His funeral service and interment with military honors at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery will be private. 

Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
