Aires Figueira, of Pawtucket, Passes at 93

Aires Figueira, 93, of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2021 at Elderwood Nursing Home in Riverside, R.I.

 

He was the beloved husband of the late Maria A. (Costa) Figueira.

Born in Madeira, Portugal, he was a son of the late Maria Figueira.

 

He is survived by his children: Jose M. Figueira, Ana Castaldi and husband Michael, Jose M. Costa Figueira and wife Cheryl, Al Figueira, Rui Figueira, and wife Shawn; 15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late Nelia Sousa.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Saturday, October 23rd from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, followed by a funeral home service at 6:00 pm. Burial is private.
