Air Force Veteran, Denis A Lavergne, of Johnston, Passes at 74
He was born in Woonsocket, RI. He leaves behind his loving wife of 54 years, Lillian (Chabot) Lavergne.
Denis served in the United States Air Force National Reserves and received an honorable discharge.

His greatest joy in life was caring for and spending time with his family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Besides his wife, he leaves behind his two children, Brian and his wife Sindy Lavergne and Kevin Lavergne. Also four grandchildren, Emily, Zachary, Noah, and Hannah Lavergne. He is also survived by his sister Diane Laferriere and her husband Gerard, his brother, Laurent “Stitch” Lavergne, and his wife Barbara.
Calling hours will be held Monday, June 7, 2021, 5-9 pm at Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Road, North Smithfield.
Funeral Services will be June 8, 2021, at 9 am at the Funeral Home, followed by A Mass of Christian Burial with Military Honors at 10 am at Holy Trinity Parish, 1409 Park Avenue, Woonsocket, RI.
Burial will be private.
