As GoLocal reported in January, moviegoers in the theater were ushered out after the city came in with a cease and desist order, following the bounced check.
On February 23, the cinema -- once a first-run theater, before running second-run movies -- was boarded up and padlocked by the city.
“As a former worker for the theater, that's a lot of Pepsi machines and merchandise that was lost,” said Molhan on Wednesday.
