NEW: “Highly Active Investigation” Into Death of 18-Year-Old Woman in Cumberland

The death of an 18-year-old woman in Cumberland over the weekend is under a "highly active investigation,” according to Cumberland Police.
Police said that early on the morning of Saturday, June 6, officers responded to 46 E. Barrows Street for the report of an unresponsive female.
According to police, once on the scene, officers determined the 18-year-old female resident, Angelina Rocha, was deceased.

No arrests have been made in conjunction with this incident, nor are there any further details to be released at this time, say police.
“On behalf of the men and women of the Cumberland Police Department, I offer my sincere condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Ms. Rocha. This was a tragic circumstance which remains a highly active investigation at this time,” said Cumberland Police Chief of Police Matthew Benson.
