NEW: Tornado Watch in Effect in RI Until 11 P.M.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch in Rhode Island, effective until 11 p.m. tonight.
Rhode Island counties that are included in the warning are Providence, Newport, Kent, Washington and Bristol Counties.
The national weather service reminds residents that if a tornado is spotted to go to a basement of a small interior room of a strong building.
