Police said they saw blood on the door into the store as well as in the store checkout area.

According to police, they met with the store owner, who said the involved parties all fled the store — but that the incident was captured on surveillance video.

Witnesses told police a man in an SUV — and a man on a bicycle — were involved.

Police said that upon reviewing video, a “white heavy-set male” could be seen removing a machete from his SUV after getting into an altercation with multiple people in the parking lot.

At some point the man lost control of the machete, at which time a black male picked it up and started waving it around, say police.

That man reportedly slashed the tires of the SUV before going after another car occupant, slashing that man in the arm.

The injured party went inside the store briefly -- before all of the involved parties fled.

Police said they received no reports of victims at area hospitals.
