Alexa Trembly is not yet 30 years old and recently launched her second business.
She and her partner Emory Harkins first started a bookstore in a renovated 1987 vintage van, then expanded the business to a brick-and-mortar shop in the Fox Point neighborhood of Providence.
Twenty Stories is an independent and "thoughtfully curated bookstore -- a literary destination for contemporary readers and writers."

The spot, Trembly says, is amazingly "cool."
She cites one of the keys to her success is her participation in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
"I completed it almost about just over a year ago, and it's changed our business a lot," said Trembly.
"The business program kind of is set up to create a five-year-plan you get a business mentor, you meet a lot of other small business owners in Rhode Island, and you kind of build a community and a network through that," she said.
"There are a lot of things that like feel I got out of it, from friendship to thinking about the business from like a more Innovative approach, so there's a lot to gain from the program," added Trembly.
She encourages other young entrepreneurs to consider participating.
The deadline for the next program is October 1, 2022.
