Providence City Councilman David Salvatore joined GoLocal LIVE on Friday to discuss the City's finances, pension obligations, issues of crime, and his future political plans.
Salvatore who was first elected in 2010, represents the 14 Ward. He is often discussed as a potential candidate for Mayor of Providence.
