Navigant’s Draper Talks Balancing Growth and Personal Touch On GoLocal LIVE

Tim Draper, Vice President of Navigant Credit Union, talks about the growth of the institution from a church basement in Central Falls to a major financial institution in Rhode Island over the past 102 years. Draper appearing on GoLocal LIVE discussed the critical balance between growth and the need to retain the critical customer-focused, local approach.
Navigant has grown to be one of the largest financial institutions in Rhode Island. The Credit Union now has 15 branches and deposits in excess of $1.8 billion.
Today, Navigant offers not only a complete cadre of consumer products, but also has become a key player for small businesses. Draper outlined Navigants close working relationship with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
