The CEO of largest and most exclusive club in Rhode Island — The Preserve at Boulder Hills — may be of creating one of the emerging economic engines in Rhode Island.
Paul Mihailides, a developer with deep experience in high-end real estate and golf courses, is creating a unique membership experience for families to experience a dizzying range of outdoor experiences.
Mihailides joined GoLocal LIVE’s Business Monday and overviewed the vision for the 1,000 acres and talked about the growing range of amenities.

Some members of The Preserve live on the West Coast and travel in for weekends or longer stays by flying into T.F. Green or Westerly Airport. The Preserve is a four-season facility.
The facility offers hiking, cross-country skiing, fly fishing, shooting, and most any other outdoor activity you could dream of. The Preserve hosts six fly fishing ponds, bird hunting fields, beautiful waterfalls, two zip line towers, rock climbing, mountain biking, nature walking, tennis, and an 18 hole golf course “carefully carved out of the natural landscape.”
The property offers "glamping" — in Hobbit houses, tree houses, and Air Streams.
The Preserve is just completing the longest — 160 yard — underground shooting range which will be offered to members and to guests.
