LIVE: Travel Photographer Wilson Talks RI Landscapes & Beyond

RI based photographer, Cindy Wilson, draws inspiration from the reflective water and dramatic cliffs of Rhode Island’s landscapes, but has also traveled internationally to photograph landscapes, people and architecture from around the world.
Known for her travel photography, she currently teaches workshops on the subject by traveling to exotic locations with her students and instructing on-location.
A longstanding exhibitor at the annual Wickford Art Festival, and a member of the Wickford Art Association, she says this weekend’s event is a place for both artists and patrons to enjoy the opportunity to talk to each other about the work being shown, and learn about the artists’ creative process. “My theme for this year is, here is work that I really feel comes from my soul and every piece has a story” says Wilson, and encourages a conversation about her work.
