Katie Mulligan, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and owner of WellFamily Nutrition Coaching says there are many different types of plant-based diets.
“There are benefits of moving to a plant-based diet and you don’t have to give up meat completely,” Mulligan says.
Some of the advantages of reducing or eliminating meat from your diet include saving money, health benefits, and environmental benefits.

Mulligan is hosting a free food parenting workshop at the Warwick Public Library on January 13.
