"There's a revolution, with technology and food," said Baldini, a Cordon Bleu-trained chef, who now runs the "culinary think tank" Strawberry and Sage, as well as the home food - cooked - delivery service, Real Eats.
"The revolution of Blue Apron, taking the space of prepackaged meals, delivery service - now there's a new generation," Baldini told GoLocal. "People say hey, I've got the groceries and I still have to cook them? So I work with Real Eats - [which is a] delivery of freshly cooked meals, sourced locally, recipes done with chefs like me."
"What's amazing the food is delivered vacuum packed, with sous vide technology, and it stays fresh for 7 days," said Baldini.
