The Breakfast

Guests indulge on a carved steamship round of pork, salmon scrambled eggs, warm strawberries on toast, assorted quiches, parfaits and more while enjoying live music by local musician Greg Ferreira.

Outside the breakfast tent, guests can enjoy picturesque views over rolling fields filled with tree swallows choosing their nest boxes.

Nature lovers can join naturalists on a half-hour hike in search of fresh signs of spring like blooming flowers and singing migrant birds.

Back at the tent, children can make spring-themed nature crafts and animal lovers of all ages will have the opportunity to meet Norman Bird Sanctuary’s resident barred owl, red-tailed hawk, rabbit, or hognose snake.
