MUSIC: Newport Folk Festival Highlights

This past weekend in Newport was the main destination for awesome music as The Newport Folk Festival rolled into town at Fort Adams. Star-studded bills each day, killer after parties and meeting a bunch of cool people from all over encompassed a spectacular experience I could never forget. There was so much stuff going on that you had to hope for an out of body experience to really catch everything, but I had the pleasure of seeing acts that I've enjoyed for years while at the same time introducing myself to live performances courtesy of wonderfully talented musicians that made me an instant fan.
