Find your new canine companion at the Super Dog Adoption Day on Nov. 2nd.

Have you been thinking that you'd like to have a four-legged friend in your life? Are the kids begging for a furry addition to the family? Here's your solution! Always Adopt will be hosting their third Super Dog Adoption Day event this Saturday, November 2nd at Clark Farms in Matunuck, RI. The event will feature more than 170 dogs, 40 of which are puppies.

Founded by Louise Anderson Nicolosi, Always Adopt is a non-profit organization that brings together community leaders and volunteers to host super-sized dog adoption events while providing rescue groups and shelters a forum in which to showcase their loving dogs.

More than 340 dogs have already been adopted at Always Adopt events since May. Always Adopt partners with a number of qualified dog shelters and rescue agencies located in southern New England to provide as many adoptable dogs as possible and quality adopters at their one-day super adoption events.

A new way to find your dream pup

Always Adopt introduces the “common app,” an online tool allowing multiple rescues and shelters to mutually approve a single applicant. This application radically streamlines the adoption process for potential adopters who are considering a dog from more than one shelter. Always Adopt introduced the multiple-agency, one-day adoption concept in May 2013 making the common app their second major contribution to the industry.

Super Dog Adoption Day is free and open to the public with the exception of each agency’s adoption donation, which directly benefits that agency. Always Adopt encourages prospective adopters to visit the website to see all the dogs and puppies available for adoption and fill-out the common app if they are interested in adopting a dog at the event.

Always Adopt's Super Dog Adoption Day will take place on November 2nd from 10am-4pm at Clark Farms, 2984 Commodore Perry Highway, Rt. 1, Matunuck. Admission is free, excluding adoption fees.
