The Providence Department of Public Property is hereby providing Notice of a Public Meeting per RIGL Chapter 23-19.14 (The Industrial Property Remediation and Reuse Act) and more specifically Section 23-19.14-5 (Environmental Equity and Public Participation).

The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the environmental investigations and proposed remedies associated with the Webster Avenue Elementary School property located at 191 Webster Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island.

The record for the public meeting shall be open for ten (10) business days after the meeting and will close at 4:00 PM on May 13, 2026.  Public comments relative to the environmental investigation of the proposed project may be submitted in writing to: Reilly Cusik, Environmental Scientist I, RI Department of Environmental Management - Office of Land Revitalization and Sustainable Materials Management, 235 Promenade Street, Providence, RI 02908, or by email at [email protected]. El Departamento de Propiedad Pública de Providence notifica por la presente la celebración de una reunión pública, de conformidad con el Capítulo 23-19.14 de las Leyes Generales de Rhode Island (RIGL) —la Ley de Remediación y Reutilización de Propiedades Industriales— y, más específicamente, con la Sección 23-19.14-5 (Equidad Ambiental y Participación Pública).

El propósito de esta reunión será discutir las investigaciones ambientales y las medidas correctivas propuestas asociadas con la propiedad de la Escuela Primaria Webster Avenue, ubicada en 191 Webster Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island.
