Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of 272 Carnegie Harbor Drive, Portsmouth, for $6,600,000.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second-highest sale on record in Portsmouth, and the highest in the town since 2023.
