Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of 135 Cliff Drive, Narragansett for $7,500,000. The sellers were represented by The Soby-Roberts Team, Sales Associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Jennifer Holland of Andrew Abu, Inc. represented the buyers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in the Anawan Cliffs neighborhood of Narragansett, and the fourth highest in the town on record.
