According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Narragansett since 2021. Additionally, it is the third highest sale on record in the town’s history and agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented clients in each of those top sales.

Sited high on over five acres of rocky coastline, “Spindrift” is a private sanctuary that redefines coastal living. Breathtaking ocean views blend seamlessly with the 7,000 square feet of interior space, perfectly designed with entertaining in mind. The home also features an elevator for convenience of moving between the four bedrooms and five-and-one half bathrooms. This captivating estate is an impressive piece of the sought-after summer South County community.

The sellers were represented by Erin Marsh and Janet Kermes, both Sales Associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by David Carty of Carty Realty.

“I am thrilled that our clients entrusted us in the sale of their beloved Narragansett home,” said Marsh. “The coast here is amazing, and this home has one of the most beautiful and eye-catching views across the ocean and beyond.”

“Narragansett is a worldwide destination for summer retreats,” adds Kermes. “I am so happy to have helped our sellers along the way, and I hope the new owners can enjoy this coastal sanctuary for many years to come.”
