RPL’s Newport Office Welcomes Sales Associate Johanna Mulholland

Residential Properties Ltd. announced the addition of Sales Associate Johanna Mulholland to the superb roster of agents at RPL’s Newport office. Johanna is originally from Marion, MA and currently lives in Middletown. Prior to her career in real estate, she attended UMass Dartmouth and worked in dermatology as a surgical assistant. Today, Johanna continues to provide personalized care and attention as a Realtor®.

Her considerable attention to detail initially drew Mulhollaand toward history. Having also lived in Arlington, Virginia, she immersed herself in museums, the Library of Congress, Mount Vernon, and the White House to connect with the nation’s rich historical treasures. Her love of New England, however, and its own fascinating charms drew her back to her roots. “I love the ocean, but also the community found in Rhode Island,” Mulholland said. “In the summer, you will find me at the beach body boarding and paddle boarding as often as you’ll find me with my schnoodle Louis absorbing the area’s architecture and rare beauty.”

Committed to building a career around knowledge and expertise, Mulholland was intrigued when an agent she knew at another brokerage suggested that Residential Properties deserved strong consideration for her new professional endeavors. “The agent was telling me that she loves Sally and the reputation of the company,” Mulholland said. “But when she described the mentorship offered by RPL, that sold me. I also had a long conversation with Joseph Costa, a sales associate with RPL Newport, who went over his positive experience recently joining the company.”

Community has always been the focus of her life. She has been a regular volunteer at the Providence Rescue Mission, helping people without homes attain meals and safe lodging, and at a local nursing home. Johanna looks forward to using her breadth of knowledge about people and places to find the properties that are right for each client.

NAIL Continues to Grow Team with New Account Manager Christine Grayton

NAIL Communications adds Christine Grayton as Account Manager, according to Partner Jeanette Palmer of the Providence-based advertising, design, and branding agency. Grayton will be working on the Natural Balance Pet Foods account, among others and contributing to agency marketing.
