The college basketball scene in Rhode Island is filled with great head coaches and accomplished assistant coaches in each of the Division I programs. But which of those coaches was the best player in college?
GoLocal takes a look at the men's basketball coaches and ranks them as college players. It should help to fuel some of the rivalry banter next season.

The Brown Bears just hired former Providence College star John Linehan, the all-time steals leader in the NCAA, and he teams up with T.J Sorrentine who has one of the greatest shots in NCAA history (SEE VIDEO BELOW).

Meanwhile, Dan Hurley led Seton Hall to three NCAA Tournament appearances while his assistant Antonio Reynolds Dean led one of the winningest classes in URI history.
