REPORT: Kris Dunn To Return to PC

Providence College guard Kris Dunn will return to the school for his junior season, according to reports from NBC Sports. Dunn was rumored to be a possible lottery pick in the upcoming NBA Draft.

Last season with Providence, Kris Dunn averaged 16 points, seven assists and six rebounds leading Providence to their second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance just one year after coming off major shoulder surgeries in each of the previous two seasons.

In the one NCAA Tournament game Providence played, Kris Dunn did not play well, netting 11 points and turning the ball over a team high seven times. Dunn turned the ball over 138 times on the year. 

Dunn posted eight Double-doubles and one triple-double (27 pts, 13 rebounds, 11 assists) against DePaul during the regular season and led the Big East in assists and steals. Kris Dunn is the first player ever to lead the league in both of those categories. The triple-double was the first by a Friar in eight seasons and the first Friar ever to do it in conference play.
