Austin and 2 of his Oregon teammates were named in a police report released Monday evening by the Eugene Police Department.  Teammate Damyean Dotson is the suspect identified in the report detailing a sexual assault case from March.

The District Attorney's office dismissed the case on April 14th, concluding that while the incidents occurred, the victim's inconsistent testimony was not reliable enough to prove anything in criminal court. Dotson, Austin, and teammate Dominic Artis are not currently participating in team activities with the Ducks.

It's the second sexual assault case Austin has been linked to.  The first led to his season-long suspension from the Friars last season and ultimately led him to leave the program.  The end result of this case has yet to unfold.

Austin never played a regular season game for the Friars and has yet to appear in a game for Oregon.  He was a National Top 50 recruit in the Class of 2013.
