PC Basketball This Offseason
Here is a recap of who the Friars have gained and who they have lost in this offseason.
3 Players Have Left Program This Offseason
Junior Lomomba is the first of three players to leave PC in this offseason.
Last week, Tyree Chambers announced that he was transferring and Quadree Smith announced that he was transferring just a few days prior to that.
PC is still waiting on a decision from sophomore Ben Bentil on whether to return to the Friars or go to the NBA.
For Bentil, the NBA combine is set to take place from May 11-15 in Chicago with the early entry date set for May 25.
Bentil will need to make a decision by the 25th.
On the positive side, Providence has two scholarships available to offer recruits.
Players Coming in
The latest recruit, Alpha Diallo joins guard Maliek White and junior college transfer Emmitt Holt as part of the Friars incoming recruiting class for the 2016-17 season.
PC also has Isaiah Jackson, a transfer from George Mason eligible to play next season after he sat out this past season.
PC has been linked to forward Kalif Young who reportedly is deciding between Marquette and Providence, according to SNY.
