Moses Brown to Host Concussion Discussion Forum

Moses Brown School in Providence will host a Concussion Discussion forum on the risks and dangers of concussions. The forum will take place on Wednesday, February 25 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Moses Brown's Alumni Hall.
The forum will be hosted by Joyce Freeman, Moses Brown's head athletic trainer, and will feature Dr. Neal McGrath, who is the founder of Sports Concussion New England, and Dr. Curtis Doberstein, the vice chairman of Brown's department of Neurosurgery.
The event will talk about what a concussion is from the medical side, what the latest treatment options are and other educational factors regarding concussions and post - concussion syndrome.
