College Basketball: All-Rhode Island Teams

Wednesday, March 14, 2012

Ok, if you’re going by team performance – 2011-12 might not be considered a banner season for the local college basketball programs.

Outside of Rhode Island College and CCRI – who both advanced in their respective post-season tournaments with the Knights still in play – this season has had team disappointments, but some stand-out individual players.

GoLocalProv.com is naming its’ first All-Rhode Island college teams, based on individual performances, as well as the players’ overall team impact. Here are our selections for this year, divided into a “Big School” (Division I) team, and a “Small School” (Division III, JC) team – and if we missed someone you believe worthy, let us know!
