Brown Picked Third In Ivies
Tuesday, August 06, 2013
For a program that expects to compete for a league championship each year, you might think that being picked to finish third would be bothersome. Not for the Brown University Football Team.
Tuesday, the Bears were picked to finish third in the Ivy League's preseason media poll behind defending champion Penn and Harvard.
Brown returns experienced players at many key positions including quarterback where senior Patrick Donnelley hopes to lead the Bears to their 4th championship under head coach Phil Estes since 1999.

Brown's schedule is highlighted by three night games: at Harvard on September 28th, home against Rhode Island on October 5th and home against Princeton on October 19th. The Bears also host defending champion Penn on November 2nd.
Brown kicks off the 2013 season at home against Georgetown on September 21st at 12:30pm at Brown Stadium.
