Brown has announced 5 incoming freshman basketball players as members of the class of 2018.

Head Coach Mike Martin was lauded for his recruiting class last season, when he added 3 starters to the rotation with his first crop of newcomers.  He's expecting a similar result with the incoming group.

"Our staff is anxious for the arrival of this recruiting class in the fall," Martin said in a statement.  "We feel as though the entire group brings good versatility, solid skill sets, and high basketball IQs, all of which are of tremendous value in our program.  The class should help solidify our depth at key positions and we are optimistic that there will be immediate contributors among the group."
