Be a Homer

Some might call this giving up, but if you've already done that, then what's the harm in drafting everyone from your favorite team?

For example, if you're a Patriots fan - why not go with Gronk, Brady, Edelman, and Gostkowski?

Brady and Edelman are judgement calls, but the other two are the best at their position.

You won't miss a game and you will win with them or lose with them. That's what being a fan is truly all about.

Talk "Smack."

Even if you're losing terribly week after week, you can still come out on top by simply harassing your opponent.

Send texts to him/her and say "Your QB is out for the season." That should rattle their cages a bit.

And of course, you can always say things that attack them personally, but in no way do we condone that.

Relish in the Failures of Other Teams in the League

Follow along week after week to see WHO ELSE loses. And then make them feel even worse about it.

For a lot of people, they take this game very seriously and would rather not to discuss any further the loss that was just handed to them.

But that's what you're here for. This is what they wanted - you in the league. How you behave when they finally talk you into playing is entirely up to you.

Make Side Bets Each Week with Opposing Teams

Think you're out of the running for the playoffs, but still want to make some of your money back?

The answer is side bets. Make small wagers with each person the week you are playing them.

Who knows? Maybe you break even on the entire season.

Watch Every Game on Sunday and Drink Beers

If you didn't go strictly homer on your whole team, then there will be other players in other games each Sunday.

What better way to spend your day than to pound some beers, eat a bunch of food, maybe fit a nap in, and cheer on players that mean nothing to you?

Answer: There is no better way.
