We have a responsibility to our fellow humans, but we have gotten to the point where we don't require any responsibility on their part.When you mention the group "society, government, churches and individuals" the one that doesn't belong is government. Government has no wealth or resources of its own. It must take it from the people's wealth, created by their labor.
I should not be able to demand you give me your wealth and resources so I may give it to another, regardless of how much they need that assistance. You should have the right to deny the request, after all my cause may not be yours. Government takes this right away, demands your money through taxes, fees and tends to not use (in my opinion) wisely.
