Ruggieri Brothers Gets National Flooring Award for NE Tech Project

The STARNET Design Awards were established in 2000 to celebrate the creativity and talent of professionals in commercial flooring and interiors. Awards are judged on the creative use of flooring, the integration of flooring into the overall design concept, and the successful achievement of client objectives.
The Starnet Design Awards is the only design competition in the commercial flooring industry which is sponsored by a commercial flooring contractor organization.
The award is the 12th annual Starnet Design Awards and was preliminarily presented in April at the national industry conference held in Puerto Rico.
“We are honored to receive this prestigious Starnet Design Award," said David Ruggieri, Sales and Project Management, and treasurer of Ruggieri Brothers. "The New England Tech building was a great project for our team and winning this award makes the experience even more exciting.”
The 63-year-old flooring contractor furnishes and install floor covering products within the New England market. Together with Ruggieri Carpet One, a residential flooring company, they are located at the corner of Sockanosset Crossroad and Pontiac Ave. in Cranston.
