RE/MAX of New England's November Monthly Housing Report found that pending sales for Rhode Island were the highest in the region over the past month - coming in at a 30.3% increase year-over year.

Rhode Island also saw a 5.5% decrease in transactions* and a 3.2% increase in median price of real estate.

“We expect to see home sales trailing off in the fourth quarter as we get into these cold winter months,” says Dan Breault, EVP/Regional Director of RE/MAX of New England. “The good news is that prices are holding steady across the region and homes are staying on the market fewer days than a year ago.”
