1. An Ordinance Establishing a Tax Exemption and Stabilization Plan for Dominion Energy Manchester Street, Inc.

Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated February 28, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 415 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Donna M. Andrews of 903 Providence Place, Providence, Rhode Island 02903, as a member of the Salary Review Commission, for a term to expire January 1, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval. (Ms. Andrews fills a current vacancy on the Commission due to a term expiration.)

Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated February 28, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 415 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Garry Bliss of 8 Rhode Island Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02906, as a member of the Salary Review Commission, for a term to expire January 1, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval. (Mr. Bliss fills a current vacancy on the Commission due to a term expiration.)

Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated February 28, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 415 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Thomas Glavin of 63 Wabun Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02908, as a member of the Salary Review Commission, for a term to expire January 1, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval. (Mr. Glavin fills a current vacancy on the Commission due to a term expiration.)

5. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated February 28, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 415 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Everin Perez of 24 Stamford Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02907, as a member of the Salary Review Commission, for a term to expire January 1, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval. (Mr. Perez fills a current vacancy on the Commission due to a term expiration.)

Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated February 28, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 415 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Robert L. Ricci, Esquire of 100 Exchange Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02903, as a member of the Salary Review Commission, for a term to expire January 1, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval. (Mr. Ricci fills a current vacancy on the Commission due to a term expiration.)

7. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated March 9, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Section 302(b) of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended, Ordinance 2017, Chapter 207-4, § 58 and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Tashi Hamilton of 151 Washington Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139, to the position of License Administrator/Registrar of Vital Statistics, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
