1. An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 296 of Chapter 2014-22, Ordinance No. 402 of Chapter 2015-30, and Ordinance No. 591 of Chapter 2015-62 of the Providence Code of Ordinances, Establishing a Tax Exemption and Stabilization Plan for the River House Apartments.

2. Communication from Robin A. Muksian, Chief Operating Officer/Director of Administration, dated December 2, 2016, submitting the Tentative Agreement by and between the City of Providence and the Providence Lodge #3 Fraternal Order of Police, for the period of July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 and July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2019.

 

3. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 29, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1103 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Chace Baptista of 94 Ridge Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02909, as a member of the Human Relations Commission for a term to end January 31, 2020, and respectfully submits the same for your approval. 

 

4. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated January 3, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1013 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Christine M. West of 24 Messer Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02909, as a Development/Real Estate Category Member of the City Plan Commission for a term to end January 31, 2022, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
