2. Resolution Authorizing Approval of the following Contract Award by the Board of Contract and Supply, in accordance with Section 21-26 of the Code of Ordinances.
Envision Technology Advisors $700,000.00

3. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 19, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Section 302(b) of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended, Section 8-13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Providence, and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing William P. Rampone, Esquire of 35 East Lantern Road, Smithfield, Rhode Island 02917 as the Associate Justice of the Providence Housing Court, for a term to end December 31, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
4. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 30, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Section 302(b) of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Dennis Dolan Crook of 101 Princeton Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02907, as a member of the Providence Harbor Management Commission for a term to expire on December 31, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
5. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 30, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Section 302(b) of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Jason Kelly of 574 Elmgrove Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02906, as a member of the Providence Harbor Management Commission for a term to expire on December 31, 2019, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
6. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 29, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1009 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Arthur Strother of 270 Willard Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02907, as a member of the Zoning Board of Review for a term to expire on January 31, 2022, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
7. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 16, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1009 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Ian Baldwin of 755 Westminster Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02903, as a member of the Zoning Board of Review for a term ending on January 1, 2018, and respectfully submits the same for your approval. (Mr. Baldwin will replace Mr. Martinez who has resigned.)
8. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 16, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1009 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Helen Anthony of 654 Angell Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02906, as a second-alternate member of the Zoning Board of Review for a term ending on January 1, 2022, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
9. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 29, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 701 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Nina Pande of 182 Adelaide Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02907, as a member of the Providence School Board for a term to expire on January 31, 2020, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
10. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 29, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 701 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Robert Gondola, Jr. of 1 Regency Plaza, Providence, Rhode Island 02903, as a member of the Providence School Board for a term to expire on January 31, 2020, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
11. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated January 5, 2017, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 701 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Kinzel Thomas of 84 Armington Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island 02908, as a member of the Providence School Board for a term to expire on January 31, 2020, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
12. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 29, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1102 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Charles C. Newton of 45 Larch Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02906, as a member of the Board of Licenses for a term ending on January 31, 2020, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
13. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 30, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1002 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day appointing Dylan B. Conley of 12 Willow Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02909, as a member of the Board of Licenses for a term ending on January 17, 2020, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
14. Communication from His Honor the Mayor, dated December 29, 2016, Informing the Honorable Members of the City Council that pursuant to Sections 302(b) and 1103 of the Providence Home Rule Charter of 1980, as amended and Public Law, Chapter 45-50, Sections 1 through 31 passed in 1987, he is this day re-appointing Chace Baptista of 94 Ridge Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02909, as a member of the Human Relations Commission for a term to end January 31, 2020, and respectfully submits the same for your approval.
